Title: A Child's Empty Room
Completion date: 2022.9.21
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This work came from my imagination of a boy’s empty room. I had a story in mind while drawing this image.“The room of a child who just moved out yesterday. The sunlight hits the books that have not yet been taken and boxes that had been torn and thrown away.” This drawing is one of my personal favorites.
Title: The passage of time
Completion date: 2022.5.23
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This piece of work expresses the passage of time. I tried to express this using an hourglass and some candles. The hourglass directly expresses the passing of time as the sand flows down, and the candle placed in the back expresses the flow of time by showing how it melts over time. I added two apples to make it look more like a still-life drawing.
Title: The Chicken and the House
Completion date: 2022.5.6
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: One of my favorite animals is chicken. I like them because they have very soft feathers. I also like them because they look ferocious but are actually very kind to their chicks. I thought it would be fun to draw my favorite animal, and it was really fun drawing the different textures of a chicken! I added some trees and a house in the background. In the front, I drew a large tree branch in line drawing. The clearer and more detailed the line drawing, the better the effect, and I thought tree bark was the perfect subject to practice this. I enjoyed drawing all of it.
Title: The Sound of Paper
Completion date: 2022.9.21
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: I like the unique texture of paper and the rustling sound it makes. Listening to the sound of paper makes me calm and helps me fall asleep quickly and comfortably. I tried to express this sound through my drawing. I made the background into a peaceful school scene, my favorite place. A lot of paper is piled up on the desk, and the wind blows through the window and scatters the papers. When you look at this work, you may hear the sound of paper floating down.

Title: Cup
Completion date: 2022.9.23
Size: 100X100 (mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This is a drawing of a pretty cup I found when I was really into product design. Clear water is contained in this transparent glass cup, and I worked very hard to maintain its clarity. Maybe that's why I like this drawing a lot.
Title: Strength
Completion date: 2022.9.21
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This drawing is a representation of strength. I drew a hand that used a hammer to shatter the glass cup to the right. In order to emphasize the strength of the hammer and the damage it has caused, I added some weakly fluttering leaves for contrast, and water spilling out of the broken cup.
Title: My favorite bread
Completion date: 2022.2.14
Size: 234 x 318(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This is a picture of my favorite and my mom's favorite coffee-flavored bread. The reason why we especially like this bread is because of the many memories contained in it. Since I was young, I usually ate this bread with my mom when I came home after school. Also we shared special stories about school life. Thus, this bread became a work that made me remember the warm and precious memories covered. Like that, I wanted to keep this bread in my heart forever, so I drew it!
Title: Black Swan
Completion date: 2021.9.13
Size: 420X297(mm)
Materials: white pencil on black paper
Description: I drew this when I was in the second grade of middle school.
Usually, when you think of a swan, you will think of a white and calm swan. But since I was young, I liked black swans more than white swans, and I used to like the elegant atmosphere that came from them. That's how I got to draw this painting.
Since I want to express more dark and elegant atmosphere, I drew a swan with a white pencil on a black paper instead using a black solid material on a white drawing paper so that even if I drew it with white pencil, it would be reminiscent of a black swan in an elegant black atmosphere.
Title: Agrippa
Completion date: 2021.3.27
Size: 93 × 545(mm)
Materials: pencil on paper
Description: This is my first drawing when I was in the 2nd grade of middle school.
The figure on this plaster that I painted is a Roman general and politician named Agrippa.
In my second year of middle school, I wanted to understand and analyze the shape and facial structure of the figure, so I found and borrowed this plaster from the academy to draw it. Whenever I had time, I always worked so hard on finishing this drawing.
So it became a very precious work for me!
Title: Edvocate Korean pear

Title: Getting up in the Morning
Completion date: 2022.9.21
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This is a realistic drawing of a yawning man. I put a
lot of effort especially into the man's figure and movement so it looks realistic.
I added some open windows in the back with bright sunlight
shining through to show that it is morning time.
Title: Top: My Self Printed on Paper / Bottom: Myself in 10 Years
Completion date: 2022.6.4
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This drawing is divided into two sections, each with a different theme. The image on top is a drawing myself printed on a piece of paper that had been folded and opened back up. Underneath shows how I imagine myself to be in 10 years. Since I like traveling so much, I pictured myself going on a trip to New York City alone on a plane.
Title: People
Completion date: 2022.9.8
Size: 394X545(mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: This image shows a group of walking people seen from above. I like this drawing a lot because I believe it captures today’s society well with various people with all different stories. The fact that there are so many different people in the world is well-expressed in the drawing; two men walking while talking to each other, a woman busily going somewhere alone, and so on.
Title: Emotions
Completion date: 2022.4.3
Size: 272 X 393 (mm)
Materials: Graphite on paper
Description: I wanted to explore human emotions through this drawing. The girl seems expressionless and somehow bitter. This is an expression that we see a lot around us. This painting shows my desire to express the most natural expression of people and the underlying emotions hidden beneath it.
Title: Pieta
Completion date: 2020.5.2
Size: 93 × 545(mm)
Materials: pencil on paper
Description: I drew this for an art exhibition when I first entered middle school. This is a drawing of a plaster cast called Pieta from above. Pieta is a plaster cast by Michelangelo Buonarotti of the Virgin Mary holding the body of Christ in her lap. When I drew this picture, I even realized the fun of drawing from the perspective from the top!
